Dear Father John~~

I feel so special to have met you, and I have been telling everyone about your wonderful sense of humor and commitment to God.  I am attaching my family's picture, because you said you post family pictures of 6 or more on your web site (there's 15 total).  (Back row, from left to right:  Jay Gardner, Tye Gardner, Wes Gardner, Kip Gardner.  Middle row, left to right: Nikki Gardner, Robin Gardner, Jodie Gardner, Marni Young, Kelly Reed, Carrie Wucherpfennig.  Front row, left to right:  Lon Gardner, Tanya Meyer, Mom Irene Gardner, Darla Meyers, Tad Gardner.)

I am the oldest of 14 children, and my father was killed in his own plane crash when he was 45, leaving 9 kids for my mother to raise on her own.  Considering the circumstances, mother did a good job raising 9 kids still living at home.Only 5 of us had left to be on our own when my dad was killed. We have 8 girls and 6 boys in our family, and all of them are very hard workers.  I believe my mother now has 24 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, my daughter and son-in-law's baby.

I am very proud of my grandson and my daughter.  I also have 2 more sons and 1 more daughter, making only 4 for me, so I don't qualify for your large-family posting. I think your love of large families is very inspiring.

May God keep you in your proclamation of love for our unborn babies.  After all, we're only doing what we should be doing, and that is telling the world to stop killing God's babies.
